Exhibit and Interpretive Design:
NSCC Centre for the Built Environment

Leading a consortium of design specialists, Steven Slipp designed interpretive installations for exhibits for the Centre for the Built Environment at Nova Scotia Community College's Waterfront campus in Dartmouth.

Exhibits drew attention to the green design and sustainable energy features of the new building, and to NSCC's trade education programs finding a balance between the natural and the built environment.

NSCC's commitment to UNESCO's 2004 Bonn Declaration on the importance of trades education resulted in a photo mural of past students, intended to inspire those who follow in their footsteps.
